Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all Track Handler products that we carry. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you are not pleased with a product you purchased from us, just let us know.

The product must be returned in new condition, undamaged or altered in any way. If the product has been damaged, or altered we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a refurbishing fee.

Purchasers are responsible for return shipping cost. We do not refund the cost of shipping. If any item was shipped free of charge we will deduct the actual shipping cost of the returned from the refunded amount.

All returns must be accompanied with an RMA # on the outside of the return shipping package.

To receive an RMA # please cal 1-937-885-0824 8:30 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Eastern Monday-Friday.

Any items without an approved RMA # will  be refused and returned to the sender.

No cancellations will be accepted if an item has been shipped to the purchaser. The item will need to be returned with an approved RMA # before the item is canceled or refunded.
